Technical support for users

If you have any ambiguities, difficulties or questions in using the platform or in case of an error within the system, you can contact us through the support application in the lower right corner of the page. One of our agents will contact you as soon as possible.

Step 1

By clicking on the icon in the lower right corner of the page, a window with a form will open.

Step 2

In the field "Summary" enter your question, in the last field enter your contact email address. Other fields are optional, but you can use them to clarify the problem or attach a file.

Step 3

You need to click on the "Send" button and our agents will contact you as soon as possible.
